Happy Independence day!
In the environment of growing corruption practices, are not getting faded the mean of celebration of the Independence day? at least me. Indian media lost their credibility after Radia tape exposure, after observing the evil nexus of the so-called unbiased media personalities in Radia tapes. People used to blame the politicians to buy votes from poor & illiterates to get in power. But forgot here, how the media affects and change the mind set of the literates, they create environments by airing managed surveys and writing favored editorial and columns for their paying favorites. By doing this act- they hijack the mind set of literate people. The majority literates’ source of knowledge is media dependent and readers seldom analyze the situation behind. I feel this is the heinous act in democracy for changing the mindset of educated community by the Indian media. After Radia tapes exposure, I prefer to watch DD News rather private news channels. The media e.g. BBC, The Telegraph, New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journals in Europe and America are maintaining high degree of confidence in the minds of their readers since decades, when it becomes with the Indian Media ? will it remain dream for us in India ?
